Handing over the keys
Post-frame barn · part 7 of 7 · 0:53
The close-out checklist, the owner's manual, the keys and warranty.
What the narrator says
- Part seven: finishing strong and handing over the keys.
- The close-out page is the checklist: the final inspection, the punch list, the warranty records and the owner's manual. Keystone won't move the job to keys until they're done.
- The owner's manual builds itself from the job: the drawings, every piece of equipment and its warranty, the inspections passed, and a maintenance plan for the building.
- Then the job moves to keys. Everything about it stays on one record: who did what, what it cost, and every paper that came with it.
- After move-in, the owner reports a warranty problem from their portal with a photo. It's sent to the right trade, fixed, and closed out on the same record.
- That's Keystone, from the first phone call to handing over the keys. Pick another building to see how Keystone handles it.
